Q: Where are you based in?

A: We are based in Singapore.


Q: What currency do you use?

A: Currently, payments can only be made in two currencies – USD (United States Dollar) and SGD (Singapore Dollar). The default currency used is USD. For Singaporean customers who wish to pay in SGD, click on the black tab located on the right of the product to change the currency to SGD.


Q: Where do you deliver to?

A: We deliver worldwide to most parts of the world. If you are unsure, drop us an email at classicrevolveshop@gmail.com.


Q: What size should I wear?

A: Refer to More > Size Chart for our t-shirt measurements. As a guide, our model (163 cm, 49 kg) wears size M.


Q: Can I return my items?

A: Refer to More > Returns and Exchanges for information on how to request for a return/ exchange.


Q: What is the material of your t-shirts?

A: We use 100% cotton.


Q: What are the payment methods?

A:

For Singaporean customers

We accept payment via bank transfer, Paypal or credit card.

For international customers

We accept payment via Paypal or credit card.


Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: The shipping cost depends on the country you reside in, as well as the product(s) bought. At the checkout page, once you enter your shipping address, the shipping fee will be calculated and you can refer to it at the bottom of the checkout page, along with the price of your purchase.


Q: How long will my item take to arrive?

A:

In-store items

Your items will be dispatched within 5 working days.

Backorder items

Orders will be sent in on the 15th and 30th of every month. 2-3 weeks of production and process time is required as they are made to order. Thereafter, your items will be dispatched within 5 working days.

For Singaporean customers

Mailing will require additional 2-5 days*.

For international customers

Mailing will require additional 4-12 days*.

*an estimation based on Singapore’s postal service provider’s (Singpost) website.

It is indicated if the item that you are ordering is currently in-store or a backorder item at the Catalog.


Q: Do you do wholesale?

A: Yes, email me at classicrevolveshop@gmail.com for rates.


Q: Are all your products designed by you?

A: No. Original designs will be indicated as an ‘in-store’ product. Products with the ‘backorder’ label are items brought in from an external supplier and I do not claim any credit for the designs.


Q: Will you be bringing back past designs?

A: Currently, I am not intending to do so. However, if there is a demand for any particular design, I am always glad to bring them back, with slight variations. Let me know if you had liked any of my past designs (they can be viewed under Featured), either via Instagram or email! We love getting feedback to improve.
